Meet Jacqueline
Hello, I'm Jacqueline Maisonpierre—a Nutritionist, farmer, mother, and lover of food.
My passion for nutrition grew from my love of food, farming, and helping people feel their best. For more than a decade, I've worked in public health and holistic nutrition, supporting individuals and families as they navigate health challenges, major life transitions, and the everyday question of how to nourish themselves well.
Before becoming a Nutritionist, I spent years farming vegetables and flowers. Working closely with the land deepened my appreciation for the connection between food, health, and community. It also shaped my belief that nourishment should be simple, accessible, and rooted in real life.
I hold a Master's Degree in Nutrition and am a Connecticut Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, individualized support. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or quick fixes, I help clients understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and develop a healthier relationship with food.
My work is especially meaningful because it is personal. My husband and I experienced infertility and ultimately grew our family through IVF. As a mother of two young children, I understand firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and family life. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping individuals and families feel informed, supported, and nourished during every stage of life.
When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll find me growing dahlias at Two Meadow Farm, cooking meals to share with family and friends, or chasing my children around the farm.
I believe food can heal, food can connect us, and food can bring joy. I'd be honored to help you find your way back to nourishment.
