Rooted Nutrition Therapy is a private-pay practice, with the exception of Connecticut HUSKY Health coverage for eligible services.

For private-pay clients, we accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. We also offer a sliding scale fee for individuals with limited financial means. Please ask about sliding scale availability during your complimentary discovery call.

Currently, Rooted Nutrition Therapy provides telehealth nutrition counseling to clients located throughout Connecticut.

After booking your appointment, you will receive confirmation from our office within one business day.

Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
